i hope your christmas was well and merry, because mine was magical;
tomorrow is my third year on this site, and i suppose you could say my third year since i've started photography.
and it's because of you people that i've evolved and learned so much. but i feel like i have to change (slowly), and that's why i haven't been submitting so  much here. i will come back here, when i feel like my photos are worthy enough

ps. i can't believe there's only one month left until school starts. summer went by so fast!

i made a stop-motion yesterday, and it's probably the most complicated stop-motion i've ever done so far ( it took me three hours to set up everything and shoot, and then another hour to put them all together). the idea is kinda silly now that i think about it, but it came out pretty well. (except for that annoying fly that kept crawling on the sheet. that's why i hate flies.)

i got back from cluj on sunday,but i only got around to updating the journal now. it was insane and wonderful and unique at the same time. it was, no doubt, the coolest film workshop ever. seriously, i will show you the films that we made there as soon as i get the dvd. aaaand, as if that wasn't cool enough, i met a lot of people from the romanian and international film industry, including wim wenders. yes, him. the man is a fucking genius ( and i also got his autograph obviously). so yeah, it was the greatest thing that's ever happened to me.
and there's two more days left until the summer holiday!

i've been selected to take part in the let's go digital workshop!it's part of the transilvania international film festivall (tiff) and it's a workshop for learning how to make short-films, they teach you how to write a script, how to direct, etc. it's going to be so so so awesome, this is probably the best thing that's ever happened to me <3 there were like 150 people and they selected only 15, so i wasn't really expecting to be chosen
i'll be gone for like 10 days, i'll try to take photos every day so i'll remember everything and also keep up with my 365

you didn't know this but i finally started a 365 i've been thinking about it for a while now but i think i was too lazy to start. you can see the first week on my flickr [link] ; i'll post some of them which i think are the best here too.

how was your holiday? mine is ending on monday, and school is starting again.( oh what joy) it's just that sometimes i feel like school is killing all my creativity, y'know? after a long and boring and exhausting school day i can't even think properly to do anything artistic. and it's a waste of time, precious time during which i could have created something awesome. don't get me wrong, i like learning, the problem is that in school they teach you all this crap that you don't need and don't want to know.
gah, my rambling about it won't change anything anyways. nevermind this
